Anamaria Martinca is an actor from Romania. Her screen debut came through the Channel 4 film Sex Traffic in which she was awarded the British Academy Television Award for Best Actress. The film was awarded two awards at Cannes Film Festival (the Cinema Prize from the French National Education System & the FIPRESCI Prize). Additionally, she was a part in Francis Ford Coppola's film Youth Without Youth. The film was released in 2008. She starred as Yasim Angwar, the BBC miniseries of five episodes The Last Enemy. Marinca was a guest in the Romanian drama Boogie as well as Oliver Hirschbiegels Five Minutes of Heaven. Then she was the role of Irma's German grandmother in Fury the film, which came out in 2014.
